Best at home long lasting manicure with Dazzle Dry

Hi girls! Some of you may know that I have been a nail tech for almost twenty years, so when I run across something good when it comes to your nails you better believe I will let ya know! Problem is I don't run across much that knocks my socks off so to speak. I guess you could say I'm picky maybe..lol! But! I just have to tell you about Dazzle Dry!! I have been so sooo excited about this polish! Here is why..

First of all if you are looking for something that is healthier for your nails and that is more chemical free and vegan well than you need to try this out! I have always had weak and peeling nails no matter what I would do. I did notice that if I stayed on supplements for nails they did get a little better but not much. The peeling just would never stop and I could never get any length on them before they broke off. Its safe to say it has been a constant aggravating problem my whole life especially working in this industry. But since wearing Dazzle Dry in the last 3 months or so that has gone away! My nails are harder. They also don't peel any more and feel healthier! I'm thrilled!

It is long lasting! I"m not kidding when I say that it will last like a gel polish! I do use two coats of the base coat and my polish will last two weeks! I generally don"t keep it on longer than that because my nails grow so fast. I have never seen nail polish that will last that long! I have three kiddos too so I am busy and it does awesome! One coat of the base will last a week or longer and two will last 2-3 weeks! I would suggest trying out both and see what works best for you.

It is very FAST drying! Five minutes that is all! I love how I can do my nails before heading out the door and not have to worry about smuging them when I dig in my purse!#LOVE

I would suggest a couple of things. First this works as a system with the base, top coat and the nail prep.  It all works together, so doing so will get you the best results. The base coat needs to always look clear. If it starts to look cloudy run it under warm water until it is clear. It's good too to lightly cap the ends of your nails  on every coat. Please don't expect results overnight. I did not start seeing results of my nails getting healthier until after about 10 weeks or so.  My nails though needed a lot of help so if yours don't then you will probably see results sooner. I wore this weekly because of how well it stuck to weak peeling nails..so I was hooked!Lol!! I feel that this is honestly everything you would want in a nail polish! #mynaildreamshavecometrue  Have fun! Let me know how it works for you!

Monday manicure: OPI Sheer tint Be magentale with me

Hey there! I am trying my best right now to get these nails of mine looking more healthier, and while that is hard for me these days with three kiddos, sometimes the lighter sheer polishes do the trick without too much fuss!
I came across these sheer tints the other day and thought that I would try one out. I am really liking it! It is a top coat but I am using it for my color on my natural nails over my nail conditioner. It has a pretty good pink to it and would be even more pink with a second coat .These tints come in other colors too, orange, blue and purple! Happy Monday!

butter london Primrose Hill Picnic

Hi girls! I wanted to share this great new color that I picked up at Ultas the other day from Butter London! I have been on the hunt for some great new spring and summer colors! So far this one has been great, and I think you could wear it with just about anything. I just love their colors! But they are pricey so I generally buy one here and there. I have been noticing too that butter london have been lasting longer on my nails too. Not sure if it's my base coat or the color;)

base coat: Mavala Barriere-base with butter london Primrose Hill Picnic lacquer

Are there any colors you are loving for spring? I have another one that I am dyin to go get and try out also! A girl came into work asking me to put it on her..and I just could not believe how much I loved it because it's not typically something that I would wear. So I will share that one soon!  Have a wonderful week!

Ruffian nail lacquer in Fox Hunt

Hello! I received this polish in my Birch Box this last month and thought I would share it with ya! I have not heard of the brand before so it was fun to try something new, and the little bottle is just too cute! They look a little more red in the pictures..( Still trying to get this down with my camera). It's a really beautiful bright orange with a shimmer to it that almost in the bottle looks a little pink in certain light... iridescent. If you love fall orange polishes, this is a awesome one!
I am also excited about Mavala now being at Ultas! They have really good nail products and when I use them on a regular basis my nails really do improve and I can get my polish to last for about a week! The Barrier base is the first coat, then the Colorfix top coat. I use the Colorfix every couple of days to keep my polish looking great. I use to work at a nail salon where this was all we used on our clients!
I also came across these really cute I Phone cases for that OPI polish lover in you! I am loving the pink one! Don't you need another one? He he! You can purchase them here My case couture. Cute right?
Have a wonderful day! Thanks so much for reading!

CND Vinylux review

Hello girls! Have you heard about Vinylux yet? It's a polish that you put on your natural nails with no base coat, two oats of color and top coat. It's suppose to last four seven days with no chipping! I had to try it to test this out for myself...

Evidently it has a new technology that when exposed to uv rays it gets harder and lasts longer. This was just released at the end of May,so I was excited to gets my hands on some! Of course though when I got there there were only three colors left, so I grabbed the color in cake pop. I really do not care for the color, but I have to admit it does make my hands look tanner .

I cleaned my nails and applied the color making sure to lightly cap my ends also. You just apply two coats of color, no base coat, then top coat. That's it people. Easy peasy as nails get! I was impressed with how fast it dried, In under ten minutes! But I did find that this color was hard to put on chalky and streaky. There are 62 colors that are the same as the Shellac colors, so that will be a bonus if you love some of those colors! So was it just the color? I am hoping so..

After four days it started chipping. I was not too thrilled with this especially because I was relaxing and not doing much, other than stuffing my face with food and taking in the beautiful scenery. I applied it Tuesday night and by Sunday I could not wait to get it off. Most of my nails had good chips in them. I was impressed though with how easy it came off with regular polish remover.

Sorry not a very clear picture at all, but I think you can see what I mean. All my nails have some pretty serious chips on them. And in the polishes defense I did decide to clean a little Sunday night, because I was done with it and not impressed. And that's when it just turned ugly fugly and it was time to get this stuff off. I feel like I can keep my regular polish on when I use my Mavala top coat and base coat this long if not longer and be conditioning my nails at the same time. I do want to try it again though in a different color and see if It won't last for at least for five days, when it claims to last for seven. My nails also are weak right now and are peeling some, so when that is happening, product will not stay on your nails as well as healthy nails. But they are not that bad, and like I said I was not really doing much in those four days. Besides that there are few people out there with healthy nails.

So I am gunna give it another go and I will letcha know! Thank so much for stopping by!

Zoya Natty polish

It is crazy with the snow around here! Kids are out of school today and we are not  going anywhere! I think it has not quit snowing in a couple of days.. so ready for the warmer weather but we do need the moisture. I just need to figure out what I am going to do with these kiddos today! So I thought I would share this color I picked up in California last week. I have not shared a polish color in a long time! It's by Zoya called Natty. I am not a fan of blue polish at all I have to say.. but this color is really pretty and different. I think a lot of blues just make you look pale and well I think they are just tacky..lol But this has a cool blue grey look to it! Should I even say I think it looks classy and cool and even a little unexpected? Yup. My mom kept saying to me ohh get that one! And she is a pretty classy lady.. So if you are looking for a new blue color definitely try this one out! Have a wonderful day!

Butter London Fiddlesticks

I love Butter London polishes.. I mean really is it the cute lil bottle? The name? The fact that they make you think that they are made in some cute little boutique over in Europe somewhere? The awesome color choices? Now I have been doing nails for some time now and I just love their color choices! I have been buying them over at Ultas. They are pricey at $14 each but I do wait till I get coupons in the mail and then I will go grab one, or wait till the store puts them on sale.

This one is Fiddlesticks, and it reminds me entirely of ruby slippers on my nails! Pictures never quiet do polish colors justice! I have yet to try the base and top coat. Have any of you? I love too that they are a 3 free company. So if you are looking for some ruby slippers on your nails this is the ONE!!
I hope you are having a great week!
